Sweden aka "The Mothership" isn't known as the home of pop for nothing. The land where even football songs are amazing (no Three F***ing Red Lions or Football's Coming Home for the Swedes). Shirley Clamp (of Melodifestivalen fame), the Schlager Queen of Pop sang Sweden's official song for the 2004 Football something or other cup! It would be like Kylie or Steps singing the England song, key changes and all. If our football songs were as good as this I'd give up shopping and I'd be down on the terraces singing every Saturday!
Champions, we are the champions, yellow and blue, just like the sun in heaven, the magic eleven. Oh no I'm becoming a football fan - COME ON YOU YELLOW AND BLUES . . .
