The best 3 hours of 2009 to date...

Popplastic's top recommendation for 2009 is Priscilla The Musical, we can't think of a more enjoyable way to spend three hours in London.

Priscilla the Musical is awesome!!! A fantastic production with an amazing soundtrack!!!!

The soundtrack is different from the original movie, references to ABBA are replaced by Kylie, but even without ABBA it still leaves you singing along and tapping your feet to the music.

Here's some of the shows highlights...

Priscilla The Musical

Here's some of our favourite songs from the show...

Alicia Bridges - I Love The Nightlife

The Village People - Go West

Check out the official site here...

Thank you Andypop, you're the best!!!

Here at Popplastic Towers we are so appalled by the decision of Sony BMG to drop Leon Jackson that we have taken it upon ourselves to speak on behalf of the people and demand that Leon Jackson is brought back, signed up and given the support, backing and promotion he deserves!!!

Sign up below and support Leon...

We love Leon Jackson . . .

The release of a new Pet Shop Boys album is always a cause for celebration here at Popplastic Towers. The release of Yes, the boys 10th studio album was no exception. Whilst Love etc is the debut single to be taken from the album we have to say that Pandemonium is definitely our favourite.

Here's the new single...

Dark days for pop!

Leon Jackson has been officially dropped by his record label.

The 2007 X Factor winner, whose debut album Right Now failed to make it to No 1 last year was dropped by his label Sony this week.

Polplastic's favourite X-Factor winner was quoted as saying he had "a great year and learned so much". "Every artist knows these things can go either way," he added.

The Sun claimed X Factor judge Simon Cowell didn't think Leon should've beaten runner-up Rhydian Roberts.

Well, Popplastic think that perhaps Simon Cowell should have promoted Leon's fantastic album! We loved it!!!

Here's Leon's amazing Stargazing...

We're not even sure if Cowell bothered to release it.

Popplastic love Leon Jackson!!!!

We're dropping Simon Cowell . . .
